Description:
Themed restaurants may come and go, but the NASCAR Cafe has a lot of appeal and staying-power, especially in the race-loving South. It's also extremely well-done and carries the theme from the decor right through to the all-American menu (Talladega Tenders, anyone?). The circular set-up is designed to recall a race track with various exhibits and attractions on the perimeter, making the experience much more than simply enjoying a good meal. Be warned: What was planned as a quick lunch may end up taking an entire afternoon! And don't miss the gift shop – very cool.
