You don't have to go all the way to Pigeon Forge to enjoy Dolly's downhome idea of family-friendly entertainment. The alcohol-free Dixie Stampede is a spectacularly-choreographed show featuring horseback riding, dancing and singing. Some might even think it a "rodeo opera" that chronicles the American Civil War – in fact, audience members are asked to choose which side they support, the North or the South. In addition to the show, the price of admission includes a hearty four-course meal and the Carriage Room Opening Act, a vaudevillian-style show that can feature everything from song and dance to juggling routines.
